Job Overview

Xolopak Group is seeking an exceptional Group Chief People & Organization Architect to serve as the architect of the Group’s talent, leadership, culture, organizational capability and global workforce strategy.

Reporting directly to the Promoters, CEO and Board, the incumbent will be responsible for building a world-class, values-driven and high-performance organization capable of supporting the Group’s long-term growth ambitions in India and globally. This is not a conventional HR leadership role.



The position requires a business-oriented leader with deep understanding of organizational design, leadership assessment, talent architecture, capability development, succession planning and culture building across diverse business sectors, including consumer-facing businesses, manufacturing and future growth verticals.

The successful candidate will ensure that the Group attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent while preserving the founding values, ethics and entrepreneurial spirit of the organization

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Talent & Leadership Architecture
Develop and execute the Group-wide people, leadership and organizational strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
Build robust frameworks for talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and workforce capability.
Establish explicit competency standards, role expectations and leadership benchmarks across all functions and business verticals.
