Role Description The Flute Teacher role at WinQuest Online is a full-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality online flute instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching virtual flute lessons, developing individualized lesson plans, and incorporating music theory and ear training into instruction. The Flute Teacher will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare learners for performances, examinations, or personal goals.



The role also involves maintaining clear communication with students and caregivers, updating progress reports, and collaborating with the broader teaching team to enhance the online learning experience.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Flute performance and practical technique.
Solid foundation in Music Theory and general Music concepts.
Background in Music Education, including experience teaching individual or group lessons.
Ability to incorporate Piano skills as a supporting or accompanying instrument is an advantage.
Experience teaching in an online or virtual classroom environment.
Explicit and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain musical concepts to learners at different levels.
Organizational skills for planning lessons, tracking progress, and managing a full-time teaching schedule.
Formal music training, certification, or degree in Music, Music Education, or related field preferred.
