About Scoutd
Scoutd is a swipe-based career platform built for students and early-career professionals. We make it easier to discover and apply to jobs and internships, while helping companies find the right early talent. We’re building Scoutd from the ground up, and you’ll work directly with the founders as we grow our network of companies, colleges, and student communities.
What you’ll do
Find and reach out to startups, founders, HR teams, colleges, and student communities through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Build and manage a list of potential partners, follow up with them, and keep track of conversations.
Speak with companies and colleges, understand what they need, and introduce them to Scoutd.
Help with meetings, partnerships, events, and other outreach activities.
You’ll get hands-on experience in business development, sales, partnerships,



and working at an early-stage startup.
What we’re looking for
You communicate well and are comfortable talking to people you haven’t spoken to before.
You’re proactive, organised, and can take ownership without needing constant direction.
You’re comfortable with LinkedIn, email, Google Sheets, and basic productivity tools.
You’re interested in business development, sales, partnerships, or startups.
Previous experience in sales or outreach is a plus, but not required.
Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
