Education:
BBA/B.COM, MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing or Sales or any relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international customers, dealers and distributors through online research, references, databases and other business-development channels.
Generate and qualify leads from international markets and convert them into sales opportunities.
Handle export enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Prepare and share commercial quotations, proforma invoices and other sales documentation.  Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial aspects within company guidelines.
Coordinate with Production, Technical, Logistics, Finance and Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, enquiry status and follow-up reports.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
Research market trends, competitors, potential customers and new countries/territories for business expansion.




Coordinate with the export/logistics team regarding shipment-related documentation and dispatch status.
Participate in international exhibitions, online meetings and other business-development activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in Export Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid negotiation, convincing and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
Ability to communicate professionally with international customers.
Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, international payments and shipping processes will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions/customer meetings, if required.
