Role Description The Infrastructure Support Engineer L2 is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurla, responsible for providing advanced technical support for IT infrastructure and ensuring high availability and performance of systems.



Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting escalated incidents, monitoring servers and networks, managing OS and application-level issues, and coordinating with L1 support to resolve recurring problems. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, applying patches and updates, documenting configurations and incident resolutions, and adhering to security and compliance standards. The Infrastructure Support Engineer L2 will collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, support migrations and upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in infrastructure support, including server administration, network troubleshooting, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
