We are looking for a creative, market-driven, and commercially oriented Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative consumer products across Soft Toys, Gifting & Novelty Products, 3D-Printed Products, and Collectibles.

? Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
Identify and develop new product concepts aligned with market demand and business objectives.
Lead the product development cycle from concept → design → prototype → sampling → production → launch.
Work closely with design, sourcing, production, marketing, sales, and vendors to execute products successfully.
Develop product specifications, coordinate prototypes, and manage sample approvals.
Handle product costing, vendor coordination, timelines, quality, and commercial feasibility.
Ensure products meet applicable quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.

✅ Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Product Development / NPD / Consumer Product Development.
Hands-on experience in developing physical consumer products from concept to commercialization.
Strong understanding of market research, product costing, sampling, sourcing, and vendor management.
Valuable project management, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with strong understanding of product trends and customer preferences.
