nWe are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has strong hands-on experience across both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns, with a deep understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion optimisation.
nThis is a hands-on role for someone who understands that performance marketing is not simply about running ads — it is about building the complete journey from tracking and targeting to acquisition, conversion and revenue.
nThe Role
nYou will be responsible for planning, executing, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, covering both lead-generation and e-commerce businesses.




nA critical part of this role is having strong technical knowledge of conversion tracking and measurement, including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side/event-based tracking.
nYou should be comfortable getting into the technical side of tracking rather than depending entirely on developers or analytics teams.

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.n
