Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an HR Executive, based in Ghaziabad. The HR Executive will handle HR functions such as creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits,



and overseeing personnel management. Daily responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HR-related documentation and systems.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and processes, and familiarity with HR Management practices
Experience in developing and applying HR Policies and managing employee benefits
Expertise in Personnel Management, including handling employee relations and workforce planning
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing HR functions is a plus
