About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Integration Services, along with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with client stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize applications using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Design and implement integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration services.
- Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis,



and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and participate in client interactions, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.

Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Integration Services, Salesforce Administration, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Lightning Platform.
- Ability to lead technical implementations, mentor developers, and collaborate with client stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
