Role Summary
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive our oncogenomics business across the Delhi market. This is an individual contributor role focused on direct engagement with oncologists, hemato-oncologists, and pathologists — driving adoption of genomic/molecular oncology tests (e.g., companion diagnostics, biomarker testing, liquid biopsy, tumor profiling) and growing territory revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of oncogenomics/molecular oncology tests within the assigned Delhi territory
Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, hemato-oncologists, pathologists, and cancer centers
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and territory growth objectives
Conduct scientific detailing on genomic testing (biomarkers, mutation panels, liquid biopsy)



with treating physicians
Coordinate with sample logistics, CX, and lab operations teams for smooth order-to-report turnaround
Track competitor activity, emerging biomarker trends, and physician feedback; report regularly to management
Represent the company at oncology conferences, tumor boards, and CME events
Requirements
[3–6]+ years of specialty sales experience in oncogenomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision oncology testing
Existing relationships with oncologists/onco-physicians / onco surgeons / hemato-oncologists in Delhi NCR strongly preferred
Working knowledge of genomic/biomarker testing concepts (NGS, PCR-based panels, liquid biopsy) — ability to hold scientific conversations with clinicians
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a specialty/clinical selling setting
Willingness to travel within the territory for clinicans visits
Bachelor's degree required; science/ph
