Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role involves developing and executing PR strategies for personal brand clients, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content. The specialist will manage media outreach, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinate interviews or features to increase brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports for clients,



and collaborating with internal teams on creative concepts and strategic plans. The role also includes supporting crisis communication efforts and ensuring consistent, clear messaging across all public-facing channels.

Strong foundation in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, with the ability to design and implement effective PR campaigns.
Experience creating and managing Press Releases and related PR content for diverse media outlets.
Excellent Communication and Media Relations skills, including building and maintaining professional relationships with journalists and partners.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and brand tone.
Ability to analyze PR metrics and media coverage to inform strategy and improve campaign performance.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, in office environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
