Hiring | Tax Senior – 1065 | Real Estate / Financial Services

We are looking for Tax Seniors with strong US Tax - Form 1065 experience to join a leading global accounting and advisory firm.

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ years in US Taxation

We have two specialized openings:
- Tax Senior – Financial Services

Experience with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds or similar financial services structures is required.
- Tax Senior – Real Estate

Experience with Real Estate / REIT clients is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review US Partnership Tax – Form 1065 returns
- Review Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
- Handle Federal , state & local tax filing requirements
- Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliance
- Perform tax planning,



projections and research on complex tax matters
- Identify tax issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage client engagements from planning through finalization
- Work closely with US counterparts and clients
- Review work performed by junior team members and provide guidance
- Mentor and support team members in technical and career development

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years of progressive US Tax experience
- Strong Form 1065 / Partnership Tax experience
- Relevant industry experience in Financial Services or Real Estate/REITs is mandatory
- Client-facing / US counterpart experience preferred
- CPA / CA / EA is an added advantage
