The Role
Lead the Marketing Analytics team (3 members) in Scaler's central analytics function. You report to the Head of Analytics and work directly with the CMO.

The core problem is easy to state, but not easy to solve: When sales dip, is the problem lead quality, marketing, or sales follow-up?

You’ll use data to break this down, identify what actually changed, and defend your conclusion with the business.

Your work will span:
- Lead quality and conversion by source
- Marketing attribution and channel performance
- Lead → sales → enrolment funnels
- Marketing spend and acquisition economics
- CAC / LTV and channel-level efficiency
- Lead scoring, routing and conversion models
- Analysis of new launches and their impact on acquisition and conversion
- Experimentation,



incrementality and causal measurement where relevant

This is a highly hands-on role. Around 70-75% of your week will be your own SQL and Python work. If you’ve moved away from writing SQL and doing the analysis yourself, this role is not for you.

The expectation is not to build dashboards and report numbers. It is to use data to change decisions around spend, lead quality, routing, scoring and sales performance.

Who should apply:
- 6-10 years in analytics, with 1-2 years leading a team or as a senior IC others lean on
- Strong B2C analytics experience
- Experience in a business where marketing generates leads and a human sales team converts them - counsellors, BDAs, telecallers, agents, etc.
- EdTech, insurance, lending, broking, fintech and other lead-generation businesses are particularly relevant
- Strong SQL and Python - we will test this live
- Experience with marketing attribution, incremen
