About the Role
Are you ready to move beyond the standard agency grind and build the future of programmatic advertising? Adwize.io is looking for a Programmatic Ad Ops Lead to join the Founder’s Office.
This isn't just a "campaign management" role. You will be a core strategic partner to the leadership team, helping us realize our mission of bringing transparency, accessibility, and hyperlocal precision to the media buying landscape—especially across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India.

Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Work directly with the Founder’s Office to design and implement end-to-end programmatic strategies across DSPs & SSPs (DV360, Magnite, etc.).
Hyperlocal Optimization: Lead the charge on complex hyperlocal targeting initiatives, ensuring high-impact delivery for regional and national brands.
Technical Oversight: Manage the full campaign lifecycle—from pixel implementation and troubleshooting to advanced audience segmentation and brand safety protocols.
Inventory & Partnerships:



Manage relationships with SSPs and publishers to secure premium inventory and PMP deals that align with our transparency-first model.
Innovation: Help build and refine internal adtech workflows, testing recent tools and platforms to keep Adwize at the cutting edge of programmatic survey and audio advertising.

Qualifications
The Programmatic Expert: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Ad Ops. You know DSP/SSP mechanics inside and out.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you find the "why" behind the data to optimize for real business outcomes.
Startup Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable wearing multiple hats—from technical troubleshooting to high-level strategy.
Transparency Advocate: You believe in a cleaner, more accessible adtech ecosystem and are tired of the "black box" approach to media buying.
