Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects at RCON GROUP, ensuring alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baramati.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams; managing project schedules, budgets, and resources; and monitoring progress against milestones. The Project Manager Civil will supervise site engineers and contractors, review drawings and BOQs, approve work methods, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role also involves preparing progress reports, resolving on-site issues, supporting quality audits, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications
Civil engineering knowledge and experience in industrial, infrastructure, and building projects, including understanding of structural design, construction methods, and materials.
Project planning and control skills, such as scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management for multiple concurrent projects.
