Role Description The Business Development Manager will work full time in office in Kolkata, driving new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing and prospective brand partners.



Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting tailored influencer and growth marketing solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal strategy, talent, and campaign teams to build proposals, pricing, and pitches that align with client objectives and performance targets. The Business Development Manager will track pipelines, forecast revenue, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery. Day-to-day activities also include market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to sales processes that support the agency’s growth goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation to build and convert high-value partnerships.
Experience in sales development, lead generation, and pipeline management within marketing, advertising, or influencer/creative industries.
