Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage organic social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
Plan, maintain, and execute monthly organic social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and short-form organic content aligned with brand guidelines.




Content Creation & Brand Management
Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social media channels.
Adapt messaging to resonate with different audience segments through organic reach and engagement.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track, analyze, and report on organic social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and follower acquisition.
Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize organic content and performance.
Market Awareness & Optimization
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and platform updates relevant to organic growth.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging organic formats to enhance social media effectiveness.
