Role Description The Template Developer at CJK KnowledgeWorks Global (KGL) will design, develop, and maintain templates used for publishing workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with production systems. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves coding and configuring templates based on client specifications, content structures,



and style guidelines, as well as optimizing templates for performance and reliability. The role includes collaborating with content, production, and technology teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth end-to-end publishing processes. The Template Developer will also participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of template standards, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Computer Science, including understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building, integrating, and maintaining template-driven systems.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to implement, extend, and optimize template functionalities.
Experience with markup and scripting languages commonly used
