The Role
As Associate – Finance & Accounts, you will help manage accounting and finance operations across ARL and Growize Farms. This is a hands-on role covering accounting, reconciliations, compliance, project/investor accounting, MIS and audit support.

What You'll Own
• Maintain accurate books, ledgers, invoices, AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Support monthly/year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage GST, TDS and other applicable statutory finance compliances.
• Track and reconcile Growize investor collections, payments,



refunds and project/LLP transactions.
• Support project-wise accounting, cash-flow tracking, budgets and MIS.
• Prepare audit schedules and support statutory audits, due diligence and fundraising requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and internal teams.
• Help improve finance processes, documentation and internal controls.

What We're Looking For
• CMA / CA Inter preferred, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, GST/TDS and financial-reporting fundamentals.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software; Zoho Books and Tally experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to work across multiple projects/entities in a fast-moving startup environment.

Good to have: Startup, project/LLP accounting, audit, due-diligence or AgTech experience.
