Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR) | B2B SaaS / HR Tech
Konverz.ai, an AI-powered conversational intelligence platform transforming talent decisions, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth across India and Southeast Asia (Malaysia & Singapore).
? 2–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR/Inside Sales/Lead Generation
? Experience in B2B, SaaS, Enterprise Sales, HR Tech preferred
? Strong outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and stakeholder engagement skills
? Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho) and prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha
As a BDR, you will identify and engage HR leaders, generate qualified sales opportunities,



and collaborate closely with the sales team to accelerate business growth. Highly engaging and confident personality with the ability to build rapport with senior-level stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
