nAbout the Role : Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited is looking for a agile and detail-oriented professional to join its Central Project Monitoring Team. The role focuses on end-to-end project tracking, coordination, and ensuring timely execution with quality and safety compliance.
nObjective of the Role : To be a part of the Central Project Monitoring Team and ensure effective planning, monitoring, coordination, and execution of projects across assigned locations, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
nKey Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple sites based on assigned Projects.n
- Monitoring of the Projects through L-3 Network or Gantt Chart or MS - Projectsn
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality compliance standards at project sitesn
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of plant and machinery as per approved BBQn
- Liaise with detailed engineering consultants for release of tender documents and drawingsn
- Evaluate technical offers from vendors and support the tender finalization processn
- Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely executionn
- Maintain regular communication with vendors/suppliers to ensure dispatches align with schedulesn
- Identify delays or deviations in committed schedules and proactively address themn
- Prepare periodic project monitoring reports and dashboards for management reviewn
