On the academy side, we train the next generation of digital professionals through structured programs in SEO, UI/UX Design, Performance Marketing, and No-Code AI Website Development. Our students work on real-world projects, get mentored by industry practitioners with 8+ years of experience, and graduate with portfolios that help them land jobs and clients.

About the Role
This is a full-time, in office role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students who are exploring our academy programs, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right course.

Responsibilities




Handle inbound enquiries from prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Understand each student's educational background, career aspirations, and skill gaps
Recommend the right academy program (SEO, Performance Marketing, and No-Code AI Website Development) based on their goals
Manage the complete student journey from first enquiry to enrollment
Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects and build trust
Coordinate with mentors to arrange demo sessions or one-on-one consultations
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and student concerns
Track all interactions and enrollment progress in the CRM or tracking sheet daily
