Ensure that all P&M; assets are kept in positive working condition and maintained with the least downtime.
Networking with vendors and OEM suppliers for timely supply of spares/accessories/tools etc.
Effective inventory management and documentation.
Devise methods to train operators / mechanics and develop skilled workforce for effective operation.
Identify obsolete P&M; and arrange for disposal and replacement.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum years of experience

B.E / B. Tech / in Mechanical

15 years of experience in Operation & maintenance of Plant & Machinery relating to latest foundation equipment including all ancillary equipment, accessories & tools.
