Role Summary
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developers with robust hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, ITOM/CMDB, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing AI/GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow to improve ITSM/ITOM operations, automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
Design and implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing, and self-service solutions.
Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management,



and other ITOM capabilities.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST APIs, integrations, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows.
Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, architects, and engineering teams throughout solution design and implementation.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and GenAI for improving service operations, incident management, problem management, and operational efficiency.
Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance, scalability, and best practices.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
