Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX & Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, integration, and delivery of a custom Agent Billing platform as part of Project Fusion. The solution will support the calculation, review, approval, reconciliation,



and invoicing of monthly agent charges that are not supported natively within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
The successful candidate will architect and build a scalable Oracle PaaS-based application using Oracle APEX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Fusion REST APIs, and Oracle Database technologies. The platform will operate as a billing orchestration and calculation engine tightly integrated with Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Projects, Customer, Supplier, and AP/AR Netting processes.
The role requires strong hands-on Oracle architecture and development expertise, with the ability to translate complex business billing requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions and provide technical leadership from requirements through production implementation.
