Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bidding process for exhibition and display projects. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves identifying tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents and project requirements,



coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant and competitive proposals. The Tendering Specialist will draft and review tender submissions, track deadlines, maintain tender documentation, and support negotiations with clients and procurement authorities. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining databases of tenders and contracts, and contributing to process improvements to enhance bid quality and win rates.
