We are looking for an Assistant Category Manager – Jewellery to drive the growth of Plain Gold & Studded Jewellery in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Category planning, assortment & merchandising
✅ Product launches & lifecycle management
✅ Inventory & replenishment planning
✅ Vendor & sourcing coordination
✅ Sales, margin & category performance analysis
✅ Cross-functional coordination with Design, Retail, Marketing & Operations
✅ Building dashboards and sharing data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For:
? 2–5 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management or Buying




? Jewellery/Fashion industry experience preferred
? Strong Excel & analytical skills – Mandatory
? Jewellery category knowledge is a plus
? Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
? High ownership, agility & startup mindset

Qualification: Degree/Diploma from NIFT, Pearl Academy, UID or other recognised jewellery-design institutes.
