nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced AGM / DGM – Sales to drive business growth, revenue generation, and high-value client acquisition across luxury residential and commercial real estate.
nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors, with a proven track record of closing high-value transactions and developing strategic client relationships.

- Drive sales and revenue growth across luxury residential and commercial real estate.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, deal structuring, and closure.n
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects and investment opportunities.n
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends, investor requirements, and business objectives.n




- Lead high-level client meetings, investment presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.n
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships to expand the customer and investor base.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector.n
- Work closely with internal Marketing, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Business teams to ensure seamless deal execution.n
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.n
- Mentor and guide sales team members while ensuring strong performance and accountability.n

nCandidate Profile

- 10–15 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, wealth management, or related premium investment segments.n
- Strong track record of closing high-value transactions with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors.n
