Role Description The F&B; Executive – Mediterranean & Grills is a full-time, in office role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily operations of Mediterranean and grill-focused dining outlets, including menu execution, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary teams to ensure consistent food quality,



managing floor operations to maintain high service standards, and supervising staff scheduling and training. The F&B; Executive will handle guest interactions, resolve service issues, monitor inventory and hygiene standards, and support special events or banquets that feature Mediterranean and grill concepts. Collaboration with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and adherence to resort policies and safety regulations are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong food service and food & beverage operations skills, with experience in Mediterranean cuisine and grills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities to engage guests and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant culinary skills, including understanding of cooking techniques, presentation standards, and food safety practices.
