Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Mortgage Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers — especially MBA (Finance), CA/CS Interns, and candidates from a finance background — to kick-start their career in the Banking, Finance, and Mortgage industry. Home loan leads are provided by our in-house real estate team, so you can focus entirely on customer conversion, relationship management, and guiding the loan journey through to disbursement, while working closely with leading banks, developers, and financial partners.
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up and convert home loan leads provided by our in-house real estate team — no lead generation required.
Guide customers through the complete mortgage process — from application and documentation to sanction and disbursement.
Liaise with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and customers.
Collect, verify,



and manage financial documentation required for loan processing.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria across partner banks.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth loan closures.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in the Banking, Finance, and Mortgage industry — MBA (Finance) freshers and CA/CS Interns will be given first preference, though candidates from any finance background are welcome to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile-
MBA freshers (Finance/Banking specialization) are our first preference.
CA / CS Interns and articleship candidates are highly preferred.
