Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer
to join our team on a 3-4 month contract basis. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and
optimizing WordPress websites while ensuring high performance,
security, responsiveness, and a outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities:
● Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
● Build responsive and user-friendly websites from designs and
requirements.
● Customize WordPress themes and plugins as required.
● Develop custom WordPress functionality using PHP, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and MySQL.
● Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, payment gateways, forms, and
other tools.
● Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and mobile
responsiveness.
● Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and
compatibility problems.
● Ensure websites follow WordPress development and security best
practices.
● Perform website updates, backups, migrations, and maintenance
when required.




● Collaborate with designers, content teams, and other developers
to deliver projects on time.
● Test websites across different browsers and devices.
● Monitor and improve website security, stability, and overall
performance.

Requirements:
● 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
● Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
and MySQL.
● Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
● Experience developing custom WordPress themes/plugins is a
plus.
● Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser
compatibility.
● Familiarity with website performance optimization and basic SEO
principles.
● Experience with Git/version control is preferred.
● Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
