About the Role:
We are looking for a result-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the EdTech domain and a strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Generate high-quality leads for EdTech clients while maintaining cost efficiency
Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals (lead generation, conversions, app installs, etc.)
Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation for better campaign performance
Create and test ad creatives, copies, and formats (A/B testing)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
Analyze data using Meta Ads Manager and provide actionable insights
Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI
Collaborate with the creative and content team for high-converting ad creatives
Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, trends, and best practices





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of full time experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Proven experience in EdTech marketing campaigns (lead generation is a must)
Strong understanding of funnel strategy and user journey
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Pixel tracking
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in scaling campaigns with high budgets
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
Basic knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
