We are looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in Mohali / Panchkula. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are interested in building a career in marketing and gaining practical exposure to digital marketing, content creation, branding, campaign management, lead generation, and market research.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day marketing activities and contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels. The role requires someone creative, eager to learn, comfortable working in a team, and able to communicate ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Support email marketing,



lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Assist in developing and maintaining social media content calendars.
Prepare campaign reports and track key performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Support branding activities and help maintain consistent brand communication across marketing channels.
Monitor social media trends and suggest current ideas for improving audience engagement.
Use Canva or similar design tools to create basic marketing creatives when required.
Maintain marketing records, campaign data, and documentation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year
