Educational Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Mandatory experience in the Three-Wheeler Automobile Industry.(

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the three-wheeler segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities and dealer engagement.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and deliveries.
Train new sales executives and monitor their performance.
