Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
Experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive will be preferred.
Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office) will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management.
Experience in the Three-Wheeler/Automobile Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, sales leads, service reminders, and feedback.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.




Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the sales and service departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Generate customer feedback reports and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Inform customers about new products, promotional offers, and after-sales services.
Support the sales team by generating and qualifying customer leads.
Ensure prompt follow-up on pending customer requests and service requirements.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telecalling and customer handling skills.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge.
Positive listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
