Position: Counter Sales Associate
Department: Retail Sales

Reporting To: Store Manager / Head – HR & Administration / Management
Experience: 1–5 Years preferred; Jewellery Retail experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized showroom experience.
• Understand customer preferences, occasions, budgets and jewellery requirements.
• Present and explain jewellery designs, craftsmanship, quality, product features and pricing.
• Handle counter sales, customer enquiries and product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.




• Develop customer relationships and maintain follow-up with prospective customers.
• Support repeat business and customer referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales-related records and customer information.
• Ensure jewellery is handled, displayed and stored carefully as per Company procedures.
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation, counter discipline and qualified grooming.
• Coordinate with the Store, Inventory and Accounts teams whenever required.
• Follow all Company policies, sales procedures and security protocols.
