Overview:

We are looking for a Financial Crime Capability Lead to establish, lead, and continuously evolve the Financial Crime capability within our Centre of Excellence (CoE).

The role will combine deep Financial Crime domain expertise with capability leadership, operational excellence, consulting, transformation, and people leadership.

The successful candidate will own the development of Financial Crime methodologies, standards, processes, assets, and expertise across the organisation, while supporting client implementation engagements and ensuring high-quality delivery.

The role will work closely with business leaders, professional services delivery teams, product and technology teams, and senior client stakeholders to strengthen the organisation's professional services capabilities and drive the adoption of our platform.

Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10-15 years of overall professional experience,



with significant experience in Financial Crime, AML, KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions, transaction monitoring, compliance, or related areas.
7+ years of hands-on Financial Crime domain experience, preferably across multiple jurisdictions and financial services environments.
Solid subject matter expertise across AML/KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, sanctions, PEP screening, adverse media, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, risk assessment, and Financial Crime controls.
Proven experience leading Financial Crime teams, capabilities, or large-scale operational programmes in a global, multinational, consulting, or shared-services environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior Financial Crime SME, providing guidance on complex cases, risk decisions, regulatory interpretation, and control requirements.
Experience designing or improving Financial Crime operating models, processes, controls, governance frameworks,
