Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (USA) to manage and expand Aczet’s business operations in the United States market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing customer and distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets for the USA region.

The candidate will work from the Naigaon Export Team and handle USA market operations, including customer acquisition, distributor development, sales planning, market expansion, and business growth activities.

The role requires regular visits to the USA market for customer meetings, exhibitions, distributor interactions, product presentations, and business development activities. The candidate must have a valid B1/B2 visa for USA business travel to support customer visits, exhibitions, and market development activities.





Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the USA market to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Aczet’s customer base in the USA region.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Regularly visit the USA market for business development, customer interactions, exhibitions, and market expansion activities.
Manage sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with internal export, service, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management review
