Laxmi Initiatives is hiring experienced Telecallers for an outbound calling process focused on Sales & Customer Retention.

Job Details
- Position: Telecaller – Sales & Retention
- Work Type: Full time | Work From Office
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Compulsory)
- Work: Outbound sales and customer retention calls
- Daily Targets: Performance-based daily calling and conversion targets
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Language Requirements
Hindi – Compulsory
English – Compulsory
Kannada – Added advantage
Telugu – Added advantage
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle sales and customer retention conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and address objections effectively.
- Convince and retain customers through professional communication.




- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/process systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, conversion, and retention targets.
- Follow the company's calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer retention, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with daily performance targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and consistent in performance.
