We are looking for a YouTube Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of the YouTube channel, from content planning and strategy to execution, optimization, analytics, and growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem, audience behaviour, content trends, SEO, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall YouTube content and growth strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
Manage the YouTube channel end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars in collaboration with content, creative, and production teams.
Identify relevant YouTube trends, formats, topics,



and audience insights to improve channel performance.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata for YouTube SEO and discoverability.
Monitor and analyse key metrics such as views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, subscribers, engagement, and traffic sources.
Use YouTube Analytics to identify performance gaps and develop actionable strategies for channel growth.
Work closely with writers, designers, video editors, creators, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
Develop strategies to improve subscriber growth, watch time, engagement, and overall channel visibility.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify content opportunities and emerging trends.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Manage content experimentation, including thumbnails, titles, formats, posting frequency
