Brief
We are looking for a smart, curious and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Enterprise Solutions to
join the Growth team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who
wants to build solid foundations in business analysis, enterprise consulting, solution design and
client engagement.

Working closely with senior team members and the Head of Growth, you will help understand client
requirements, develop solution recommendations, create presentations and proposals, and support
enterprise deal processes for some of India's leading organisations.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structured thinking, communicating ideas clearly, solving
business problems and learning quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and analyse business requirements from enterprise clients.
• Support discussions with enterprise clients to gather and clarify requirements.
• Assist in developing solution recommendations using QuoDeck's products.
• Create presentations, proposals, concept notes and other client-facing documents.
• Support product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.




• Prepare internal and external Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Assist with RFP, RFI and tender responses.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the deal process.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, analytical and presentation skills are
encouraged to apply.
• Prior exposure to B2B sales, consulting, business analysis, or SaaS is a plus, but not required.
