The Role:
As a SCAN-to-BIM Engineer at Inkers, you will be responsible for converting laser scan data into precise Building Information Models.



Your expertise in handling point cloud data and creating accurate BIM models will be crucial for our client's construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and analyze point cloud data from laser scans to create accurate 3D representations.
Convert point cloud data into detailed BIM models using Revit and specialized SCAN to BIM software.
Perform quality control checks to ensure model accuracy against scan data.
Identify and document existing building conditions and potential conflicts.
Create detailed as-built documentation from scan data.
Coordinate with field teams to resolve data collection issues and ensure complete coverage.
Optimize workflows for productive point cloud to BIM conversion.
Maintain project schedules and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1-4 years of direct SCAN to BIM experience.
Proven expertise in processing point cloud data
