We are looking for a System Administrator Intern to support our IT department in managing day -to -day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have basic to partial knowledge of system administration concepts and be aware of common IT terms, tools, and technologies. This role provides hands -on exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure and end -user support.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems
• Provide first -level support for hardware, software, and user issues
• Support user account management and access control
• Assist in software installations, updates, and patching
• Help with remote user support and issue resolution
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and asset records
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT administrators when required

Technical Requirements

1. Operating System Knowledge

Windows
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• User account management (Local Accounts & Azure AD)
• Windows updates and patch management
• Basic understanding of Windows Registry
• System Restore and recovery tools

macOS / Linux (Basic)
• User management
• File system navigation
• Basic terminal/command -line usage

• Web browser troubleshooting and user profile management
