Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and databases. You must
ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency while handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and verify data in internal databases and systems.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness and make corrections as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and organize files systematically.
• Assist in preparing reports and data summaries as requested.
• Perform regular quality checks on data to ensure consistency.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments.




• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Good typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
• Familiarity with administrative tasks and office systems.
Preferred Skills
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operation or similar position preferred
