- Assist in pre-production tasks like scheduling, planning, and equipment handling

- Support the team during on-ground shoots and creative direction

- Coordinate with post-production team for timely edits and delivery

- Research content trends and support creative ideation for projects

- Help in organizing and maintaining media assets and project folders

- Document behind-the-scenes content and assist in social media reels

- Collaborate with various departments including events and marketing

- Ensure smooth internal communication across film projects

- Learn and operate basic editing/design software if required

- Support day-to-day administrative and logistical production work

Requirements

- Passion for filmmaking and strong interest in creative production

- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- High level of enthusiasm, responsibility, and willingness to learn

- Good organizational and multitasking ability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative workplace

- A personal laptop is mandatory

- Open to working on weekends or late hours if shoot demands
