Production Manager
Work Dynamics
The role covers a range of tasks which embrace three areas of our business operations through system set up, data processing and support to reporting requirements associated with most of our projects. Specifically tasks and responsibilities will include,
Working, as a senior member and leader of the analyst team, with both client consultants and the service support team on service deliverables for GBS clients Helping coordinate the analyst team responsible for data processing and all aspects of GBS reporting. This will include line management and associated tasks to include performance assessments and mentoring as required. Interpretation and analysis of data. Developing techniques to add value to clients' data by producing standard and bespoke client reports. Assisting in the preparation of client presentations. Supporting client consultants on client calls. Working closely with client consultants and assisting them with their data requirements for internal and external meetings. Coordination of data collection and validation, including some data mapping and data transfer into GBS required structures Data updates in the HUB based on client responses to the data validation queries and client data changes Occasional client user set-up in HUB and Tableau as required (shared with Systems Manager in London) Involvement in other projects where support on data assembly and system support is required. These projects use the same GBS methodology for assembly and warehousing of data but may have divergent reporting paths Performing other ad hoc tasks to support client and internal requests

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in an analytical and data processing field property experience is important
- Working as part of a small team - often independently and in an environment requiring initiative
- Well-developed numerical and analytical skills through working with data very competent Excel user (advanced) advanced ability to review, report and interpret data




- Working across several projects with differing process requirements and client expectations with proven capability to meet deadlines
- Experience and knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office applications, and communication/collaboration applications
- Knowledge of Qualtrics platform for survey development is desirable
