.As a Salesforce Software Engineer this role is involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting application software and systems that are delivered on and within budget.



They will work closely with Architects and Lead Developers to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and physical design of technical solutions. Software engineers may be assigned to either development or support functions.
Responsibilities will include:
.Working in an Agile team using SCRUM methodology
.The daily operations of this position include documentation of the solutions, analysis, problem resolution, design, development, communication with other team members, participation in solution delivery, provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and ' how-to' assistance
.Develop estimates and participate in the grooming and prioritization of sprint stories
.Participates and/or coordinates required testing/validation of system enhancements and fixes, creating and/or executing the test cases including problem determination and resolution
.Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components
.Actively contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing opportunities driving improvement across the team
.Perform Unit testing and defect fixes
.Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers
What You Will Need To Bring With You:
(experience & education required)
Required Experience:




.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
.3+ year of experience in Salesforce development with 1 or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer
.Proficiency in common object-oriented languages such as C#, java, JavaScript…etc. and paradigms
.Experience in a product team utilizing SCRUM methodology
.Experience developing Apex Code that will scale to large data sets has good understanding of platform behaviors, limits and performance considerations
.Experience extending lightning platform using Apex and VisualForce and understands Lightning Components
.Knowledge of programming best practices and experience with version control system like Git
.Must have experience in Experience Cloud including commerce cloud
.Experience in Einstein Chat Bot configuration
.System integration (REST API), including associated functional and unit test code, and code validation against unit tests
.SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader
.Rich front end UI/UX developer (must possess strong html5/css experience)
.Strong JavaScript/JQuery experience
