we are looking for candidates who would be able to support the vision & will be able to demonstrate analytical skills along with some knowledge operations in any of the underlined domain areas.

Key Responsibilities:
 Articulate problem statements based on the data available
 Assist Operations team with selecting the best Data mining tool to analyse a big set of data
Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
Apply Data cleansing techniques to eliminate outliers to help analyse the data
Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Conduct data analysis and interpretation, Provide Insights to decision makers to make an informed decision based on data and facts
Put narratives to the data, provide root cause analysis, and participate in the analysis of trends and common issues to prevent future problems
Work with relevant teams within the business to scope and define reporting & dashboard requirements and KPIs.
Understanding of Dashboard Visualizations tools like Power BI
Liaise with IT Teams to facilitate solutions wherever applicable and assist in business requirements and data understanding
Ability to exploit the unexplored unstructured data in the organization
Skills required:
3 + Years’ experience in Data Analyst / Operational area
Working knowledge of Tools like Alteryx, Python ,SQL, VBA, Power BI tool
Analytical ability to analyse data and draw insights
Understanding of trend & seasonality & its impact on volumes
Exposure to automating reports
Knowledge of statistical analysis and Forecasting Methodology will be added advantage
Good Written, Verbal and Listening Skills including technical writing skills
