- CSR Livelihood Project
Management: Oversee projects across India.

- Milestone
Achievement: Ensure impact and financial goals are met
quarterly.

Funder & Revenue Management: Optimize funding and
revenue for all projects.

- Project Implementation:
Coordinate with regional managers for
execution.

Compliance & Processes: Ensure adherence to necessary
systems and regulations.

- Team Leadership: Motivate
teams and resolve conflicts effectively.

Student Lifecycle
Management: Oversee mobilization to placement
processes.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders.

- Innovation & Improvement:
Develop new ideas for project success.

- Monitoring & Travel:
Visit project locations for evaluation.

- Resource Optimization: Ensure
effective utilization of teams and resources.

Requirements

- Educational
Qualification: Computer Graduate/Post Graduate




(Exceptional graduates with a 1-year IT diploma and strong skills
may be considered).

- Experience: 12-15 years in
any professional stream, with at least 8 years as a CSR
Project Manager.

- Center Management: Experience
in managing centers, preferably in the social
sector.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams across
India.
