About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services and Technology Consulting sales.
This is not a product-only SaaS sales role. We’re specifically looking for someone who has sold project-based technology services such as AI consulting, custom software development, managed IT services, resource augmentation, technology transformation, and web & mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.




Generate recent business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

AI Agents & Custom Automation
AI Implementation Services
AI-Integrated Software & Product Development
Web & Mobile Application Development
Website Development & UI/UX Consulting
Managed IT Services & AMC Services
Resource Augmentation (IT Staffing)
Technology Transformation Consulting
Process Optimization & Technology Roadmap Services
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Collaborate with technical, design, and delivery teams to prepare solution proposals and client presentations.
Build strong relationships with Founders, CXOs, IT Heads, and key business decision-makers.
